About

How I think about AI and design

I'm a designer who thinks in systems. I treat AI as a working material, not a feature to bolt on, but a substrate that changes how people work, how teams collaborate, and how products feel.

My focus is on the workflow layer: how a builder moves faster without losing taste, how a team compounds knowledge instead of repeating it, and how the gap between a Figma file and a shipped feature gets shorter every quarter.

I lead by building. I prototype patterns in code, test them with real teams, and scale the ones that hold up.

    Pioneering designer of Workable's HR Suite. Set the design strategy from zero, shipped the launch suite, and now lead the product design team driving its growth.
